The RVR can move RVs, boats, and other towable trailers of any size, provided they are within the weight capacity of the selected model (3,500 lbs, 5,500 lbs, 9,000 lbs, or 12,000 lbs).
Yes. The RVR works with double-axle trailers when weight is properly distributed and attaches to the trailer frame rather than the coupler, making it suitable for trailers with batteries, winches, and propane tanks mounted on the tongue.
Yes, the RVR can handle packed uneven terrain and certain inclines depending on trailer weight, weight distribution, and surface conditions. It is not recommended for sand, mud, rocky, or loose surfaces.
Yes. The RVR is fully motorized and powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, allowing trailer movement via remote control.
Battery runtime is approximately 30–45 minutes of continuous use, depending on trailer weight and operating conditions.
No. The RVR must be removed before transport. Only the 5X model can remain attached in its stow position.
The RVR features an integrated automatic brake that engages when the motor stops, helping maintain control of the trailer during operation.
Not necessarily. Performance depends on factors such as trailer size, weight distribution, frame design, and coupler configuration, not just total weight.
No. The RVR should not be submerged in fresh or salt water, as this can damage the internal electronics.
Perform maintenance every three months by cleaning the unit and lubricating chains and bushings. If traction is poor, shift more weight toward the trailer tongue and remove debris from the operating surface.

Excellent company to deal with

"The team at Trailer Valet were very supportive of my needs and communication was honest and they stood on their words. I would do business with them again. Thanks Jimmy"

Terrible- Stay away

"It arrived broken. After an easy tea pair, the remote broke (without accident.) Company told me remote was $900 to replace and offered no other solution other than for me to pay to ship the entire unit back at my cost and then pay a restocking fee. Do not buy this unit."

Daniel P. (1/5)

Not enough power

"Not strong enough for most of my applications! Rv trailer.... no Dump trailer....no Wood chipper....no Boat 35' ......no Aluminum 18" bass boat ..... yes Too expensive for not being able to handle very much..."

Still needs work

"I was optimistic when I saw the Trailer Valet at the SEMA show. I ordered it on the spot and received it about a week later. Out of the box I had problems, the tension on the track came loose. I adjusted it based on the instructions and tried it again but the same thing happened. I contacted Trailer Valet and asked for specific torque specs on the adjustment bolt and they were unable to provide it. I had a subsequent conversation with two people that were supposed to send additional information but it did not come as promised. Since this was an expensive item that should have performed based on the price I paid, I decided to cut my loses and return it. I must say they were quick to accept the return and refund my money. I was very disappointed that it did not work and was unable to get help properly analyze the issue."
