"Great Company and Great Dolly: My initial purchase and experience was not good - mostly because I was frustrated and upset . . . but TrailerValet stepped up and resolved the problem and I can't be happier with the MV Pro. I have a 28' enclosed car hauler, a flat bed car hauler and other utility trailers and moving them in and out of the backyard has been a pain - hook up one trailer, move it, unhook it and repeat with the other trailers - and there is not much room. The MV Pro lets me move trailers where I can't reach with my truck. It has its limitations - I think we all want dollies that can move much faster, but for the quality, easy of use and price, the MV Pro is perfect for what I need."
"UPS apparently lost the package so I didn’t receive it."
"I purchased the MV-Pro some months ago, it is amazingly easy to use and moves my trailer into the tightest of spaces !"
"I’ve used this frequently to move our twin jet ski trailer through very very tight spaces. It’s been an absolute lifesaver. I let a buddy of mine borrow it to move a 8000lbs trailer and it did it shockingly easy. As long as you follow the directions lock in the ball and use the breaking system properly it works amazing. So easy my son can do it"
"My name is Mathew Wicketts, owner All Pro Plumbing & Drain cleaning. We have purchased several of the XL movers over the last couple years and recently decided to upgrade to the Pro model. I have only had the unit a couple weeks and the upper spline / gear / drive shaft has malfunctioned already. I noticed even with slight wear on the shaft it now moves up and down disengaging the two drive gears. Please contact me or provide me with a service number to resolve this issue. Thank you."
"I had an XL for many years. We upgraded our Travel Trailer and the XL was on the ragged edge of the specs. So we upgraded to the MV Pro. I like the new design features of the top gear drive, solid rubber tires and the new wrench design. It works great."
"We’ve owned our trailer for a while now, and moving it used to be the part we dreaded most. Our driveway’s tight, there’s a slight slope, and getting it lined up exactly where it needed to be often turned into a frustrating, time-consuming project. It usually involved a lot of back-and-forth with the truck, someone standing off to the side giving frantic hand signals, and more than one time scraping the edge of the lawn or nearly hitting something. It wasn’t fun—and definitely wasn’t easy. After doing some research and reading a bunch of reviews, we decided to give the Trailer Valet MV Pro a shot. And honestly, it’s one of those pieces of equipment that immediately makes you wonder why you didn’t buy it sooner. Setup was pretty straightforward. The unit is heavy-duty and well-built—it feels like something that’s meant to last. It comes with both a 2” and a 2-5/16” ball, which was great because I didn’t have to buy an adapter. Attaching it to the trailer was simple, and the way it locks in gives a secure, solid connection. Once it’s hooked up, you can move your trailer manually with the hand crank or use a drill with the included adapter—which is what we’ve been doing for the most part. The movement is smooth, and the control you get over your trailer is far better than what we were used to with the truck. Being able to stand right next to the trailer while guiding it makes a huge difference, especially in tighter spaces. The dual-wheel system really helps with traction and control, and the ability to steer it with precision is something we’ve never had before. What used to take two people 15-20 minutes of adjusting now takes one person five minutes. There are a few practical things to note. First, this works best on flat, solid surfaces. Our driveway is concrete, so it’s a perfect use case. I wouldn’t try to use it on sand, loose gravel, or a steep incline. It’s rated for up to 12,000 lbs on flat surfaces, and it’s done great with our trailer that weighs just under that with tongue weight included. You can also switch between high and low gear depending on how much control or speed you want. One thing to keep in mind: this unit is heavy. That’s not a negative—it’s built to be durable—but it’s not something you’re going to casually toss in the back of the truck. We store it in the garage and only bring it out when we need to move the trailer. We’ve used the MV Pro several times now to reposition the trailer in the driveway, shift it into tighter parking spots, and even angle it into the garage. Every time, it’s worked reliably and saved us a lot of stress. We no longer feel like we need multiple people and a half-hour to get things lined up. It’s made one of the hardest parts of trailer ownership so much easier. If you’re dealing with limited space or just want more control over how and where your trailer moves, the Trailer Valet MV Pro is absolutely worth it. It’s a solid, well-designed piece of equipment that does exactly what it promises—and does it well. Five stars from us."
"I am not happy. I ordered it with a 2 5/16 ball. It did not come. I had a purchase one. I think that’s poor business."
"I’ve been fighting with moving a few of my trailers around a yard full of trees and other obstacles for a long time. This has made moving them so much easier. It’s amazing how well it works with a cheap cordless drill. I don’t know how I’ve gotten by without this for so long. It’s very well made and works better than I could have hoped."
"its made for short people. really hard to use if you are over 5'10". turning is really difficult and the trailer valet leans to one wheel while turning. it cannot pushing a trailer that is over 2000 lbs over a 1 inch bump or small rock. You will need to have a few drill batteries on hand since it wears them down quickly. But it is a lot easier than using a manual Trailer dolly."
