This policy applies only to customers who purchased a unit directly from Trailer Valet.
If you purchased a unit through a third-party vendor, please contact the vendor directly for assistance. Refurbished units are final sale and not subject to our return policy. 

Customers who require assistance with a manufacturing defect should refer to our Warranty Policy.

Eligibility for Returns

  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the received/pick-up date.

  • Customers who purchased a unit from a third-party vendor are not eligible for a refund from Trailer Valet.

Steps for a Refund

To qualify for a refund:

  1. Customer must contact us within 30 days of the received/pick-up date.

  2. Once label is provided, customer must confirm drop-off with carrier within the next 10-days.

  3. Upon receiving the unit, Trailer Valet will inspect the product and a refund will be processed based on the condition of the product. 

Important: Trailer Valet reserves the exclusive right to assess the condition of the returned product.

Shipping and Restocking Fees

  • Return shipping fees will be deducted from refund. Initial shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

  • A restocking fee may apply to returned items. The application and amount of this fee are at the sole discretion of Trailer Valet, based on the condition and nature of the returned item. Restocking fees can range from 5%-25% depending on circumstances and timeline.
