The RVR Series has lithium-ion batteries with 30-min runtime, a compact aluminum body, and high-torque motors to move most single-axle and some dual-axle trailers.

The RVR3 features heavy-duty caterpillar treads. With a wireless control up to 40 ft, it can push trailers up a 5% grade (do not pull uphill).

What types and sizes of trailers can the Trailer Valet handle?

The Trailer Valet can handle RVs, boats, and other towable vehicles of any size, provided they fall within the weight capacity of the selected model.

Will the Trailer Valet work with a double-axle trailer?

Yes, it can work with double-axle trailers as long as the trailer's weight distribution is properly shifted toward the front.

What weight capacities are available?

RVR models are available with capacities of 3,500 lbs, 5,500 lbs, 9,000 lbs, and 12,000 lbs.

Can the Trailer Valet operate on slopes, gravel, grass, or uneven terrain?

It can handle certain inclines and packed uneven surfaces, but performance depends on trailer weight, weight distribution, and surface conditions. It is not recommended for sand, mud, loose gravel, or rocky terrain.

Is the Trailer Valet motorized, and how does it operate?

Yes. The RVR is fully motorized, powered by a lithium-ion battery, and controlled remotely.

How long does the battery last, and how long does it take to charge?

The battery provides approximately 30–45 minutes of continuous use. The initial charge takes about 12 hours, while subsequent charges typically take around 1 hour.

Can the Trailer Valet remain attached to the trailer while towing?

No. The RVR models must be removed before towing. Only the 5X model can be placed into a stow position.

What safety features does the Trailer Valet include?

The unit has an integrated brake that automatically engages when the motor stops, helping control the trailer, especially on flat surfaces.

Can the Trailer Valet be used around water or submerged?

It should not be submerged in fresh or salt water, as this can damage the internal electronics.

How do I maintain my Trailer Valet and troubleshoot traction issues?

Perform maintenance every three months by greasing chains and bushings, keep the unit clean and dry, and store it indoors when possible. If the treads slip, check the trailer's weight distribution and ensure the surface is clean and firm.
