Fabulous Jack

"I installed this center mount drill jack to help with shoulder and back pain and it’s been a game changer for me! I have a concession trailer with a 650lb tongue weight and this jack has zero issues raising and lowering it. Great price for the product. It’s well-made and very solid. Couldn’t be happier."

"Build quality is excellent. I love the fact I no longer have to stand in front of the tongue, or off to one side, and crank on jack to raise or lower anymore. I just keep an extra cordless drill in the back of the truck now, but like the fact that I am still able to use the jack with the provided hand crank if needed. Im glad I went with this option rather than full electric. Installation was a breeze and one if able to face the gearbox in any direction on the tongue."

"The JX 5k was a replacement for the 2k. The 2k had no issues at all, but having no need I donated it to a decor company sharing our warehouse space. The performance of the 5k is a drastic improvement to the gear. Business partner upgraded his cargo trailer to a 5k as well. Thanks Trailer Valet."

It mentions lubricating every 90 days and references the manual for more information. I wasn't able to find information in the manual of how, where, what for lubricating. Can you please share the preferred type, method, etc? Thanks
Hello! Thank you for reaching out to Trailer Valet, we are sorry to hear that our manual did not make it clear where and how or even when to exactly grease your jack. Greasing the jack does really depend on the amount of times you are using the jack. If you are using the jack often we do suggest monitoring and checking the jack to be greased. I can also provide a link from our Youtube page that provides everything you would need to know about greasing the jack- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=09ESQRs4mNs Please feel free to reach out to support@trailervalet.com or by phone at 8448469344 if you have any further questions. Thank you!
Are the bolt holes the same on the round mounting plates as the triangular ones?
Hello! Our center jack plate is now a circular style. We have upgraded to this version due to it being more versatile for our customers. Here is a link describing our new circular mount https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=389wTgzSX3s please feel free to reach out to support@trailervalet.com if you have any questions thank you!
Why can you not use an impact to raise and lower
Hello! We recommend not using a impact drill due to safety reason when using our drill powered products. A compact drill will allow you to have more control when on the job. Please feel free to reach out to support@trailervalet.com if you have any questions. Thank you!
I am thinking of mounting a center mount 5k on my car trailer but would like to know the retracted length from the mounting plate to the bottom of the foot. It is a 20 ft beaver tail and not very tall. I am hoping it is in the 9 1/2 inch range. Thank you.
Hello! Thank you for reaching out to Trailer Valet, we can certainly assist you. The retracted height on our JX5-C is about 23". If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to support@trailervalet.com thank you!
Just was curious if the JX series Jacks were produced in the USA? I cannot seem to find much information on where the products are made.
Hello, Thank you for your question. The JX is made in China.
Your second picture looks like a JX mounted on an RVR, is that possible?
Hello! Thank you for reaching out to Trailer Valet. Unfortunately we are still working on an official attachment for this. We do appreciate your inquiry and if this part does become available, we will list it on our website trailervalet.com please let us know if you have any other questions at support@trailervalet.com thank you! - CS Rep Aaron
Would this work with the Jack-E-Up?
Hello! Thank you for reaching out today! Our JX 5K will work well with any trailer, you would just want to make sure you are not over 5,000 lbs of trailer weight. This is the max weight the JX can handle. Please feel free to reach out to support@trailervalet.com if you have any questions, thank you!
