The JX7-S features a hand crank and 20–24V drill attachment, letting you raise or lower your trailer jack quickly without slow electric motors or manual strain.

With a 7,000 lb static capacity, the JX7-S lifts 1,800 lbs by hand or 900 lbs by drill. It mounts easily with a fixed bracket for a perfect fit without welding.

The TVJX7-S offers 27.3" total height, a welded footplate, weather sleeve, smooth gear system, and durable powder coat for safe, long-lasting trailer leveling.

What are the unit dimensions and total extension?

How do you recommend propping up the trailer for installation?

We suggest using your existing jack, stabilizer blocks, jack stands, or wood blocks. Make sure you have at least 16–18 inches of clearance to properly install the JX.

Do I need to grease the gears before use?

No. The JX comes pre-lubricated and ready to use. We recommend greasing the internal acme rod every 90 days via the grease fitting. You can also apply general-purpose grease to the miter gears by removing the gearbox cap as needed.

What is the load capacity of the 7KJX?

Can I use a drill with the JX? What type and torque setting are recommended?

Yes. Any 20V–24V compact non-impact drill can be used with the Trailer Valet Drill Attachment. Keep torque as low as possible while still lifting, and always engage the drill slowly—never pull the trigger abruptly.

Can I use a standard socket as a drill attachment?

No. We do not recommend using standard sockets. The Trailer Valet Drill Attachment is specifically designed for a secure fit—using other attachments may damage the driveshaft or shatter the socket.

Does the JX come with a caster wheel?

No. We currently do not offer a compatible caster wheel for the JX 7K.

Does the JX include mounting hardware?

Yes. Mounting bracket bolts are included for trailer tongues up to 3.75 inches thick. Longer bolts can be used if needed.

How much does the JX weigh?

What is the capacity of the MV Pro if using a mount bracket?

When using the mounting bracket, the rated capacity is reduced to 8,000 pounds. This is to account for any issues posed by potential side-loading of weight on your trailer.

Any plans to offer a version with a spud so that it can be rotated while driving and removed/secured while left at the boat harbor?: Hello! Thank you for reaching out. In regards to your question, not at the moment but we can forward this to our engineering team and they can certainly look into this. As a alternative jack that can do what you are looking for is our JX3-SS! This jack is perfect for boats and also can be turned and stowed like you requesting, along with the body of the jack being fully removed. Also, our JX7-P (pipe mount) jack can be removed from the trailer and stowed, you would just need to be able to weld it. It's the exact same jack as the JX7-S in terms of function.
