Please note: In 2024, Trailer Valet updated the ball base design. To check if your unit is compatible with this new version, look for a TV logo on the rotating coupler of your XL unit. If your unit was purchased prior to April 2024 and does not have the TV logo, you will need the Legacy version of the base. Simply search "Legacy" on the Trailer Valet website to find the right fit.

"I ordered this and it was shipped with out the ball I got online and notified them of the error. When I ordered I also forgot the order their locking ring to with this. They quickly shipped the ball and locking ring and did not charge me for the locking ring they included with the order. I was very pleased with their response."
"Came quick, nicely packaged, well made. Had some troubles getting it to tighten up properly. I have the larger 2-5/15" for a camper and it works great, but this one is more finicky when trying to make it tight and safe. The flat plate does not easily sit flush with the trailer tongue."

"I was very happy with my initial purchase of the bracket connection trailer valet, but adding the ball mount gave me even more flexibility. I am using the Trailer Valet to park and retrieve a 6,300 pound (empty) tandem 102�x20’ dump trailer from an asphalt virtually flat single lane alley to a cement pad between the fence and my garage that fronts on the alley. The 90 degree turn has 5 inches clearance on both sides during the turn. I found that the hand crank was easy to use and allows a precision controlled turn. Using the drill wasn’t necessary, although it made moving straight faster before and after the tight turn. I highly recommend the Trailer Valet. I am 71 years old and without the Trailer Valet I wasn’t able to use this parking space."
"Trailer valet is a great compact light weight for its size easy to use trailer mover. After I back my trailer in I use it to nose my 22 foot cat trailer up to my fence. The only reason I replace the trailer valet ball is because I let someone borrow the valet and it came back with the ball missing. Great product Joe"
