After damaging the side of
"After damaging the side of my garage wall....due to very little room to navigate backing in my boat...I found the Trailer Valet (RVR3) on-line. Although a little skeptical, I decided to order and cross my fingers. I received the Valet within a week but damage to the box during transport...the trailer bracket was missing. I called customer Support and got immediate attention. Although this was not Trailer Valet's fault...they apologized and mailed out the bracket which I received. Now I could see if this device was all it claimed. Oh my goodness....why didn't I find this years earlier. All my 15 - 20 minute carefully backing the boat in just became a quick, safe, no stress event. I can put the boat exactly where I want while easily navigating through an opening where I only have about 2" on either side. The Trailer Valet is worth every dime. I thank Hannah (Customer Support) and the rest of the Trailer Valet team for an excellent product and great customer service."

"I BOUGHT THE SMALLER RVR AND IT DOSENT WORK OFF THE TRAILER TONGUE. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO BUY THE RVR BALL MOUNT ATTACHMENT BUT IT IS NEVER "IN STOCK". So, this product is totally worthless to me. The customer service is also lacking I have asked for help several times over the last YEAR!"
