"I had a battery 12 volt 3500 lb. center mount jack stand. The switch was problematic, sometimes it worked up and down, sometimes just one way, so I would have to use the crank handle. I always have a cordless drill in the truck and shop The JX 5K lets me use the drill or crank handle, and it is rated 5000 lb. It works good!"
