Trailer Valet Made it Right!
"Initially I had problems getting the barrel and plate to tighten onto the trailer coupling like shown on the video. Valet’s technical support is great and helped solve the problem. After a few unsuccessful tries with original parts, Valet sent a new barrel and ball base under warranty, which worked perfectly. With the Valet, we can get our pickup through the door and store it next to the RV trailer. We’re very excited and satisfied. Neighbors also want to try it. Thank you, Valet. Herb and Lori Nelson"
Awesome Little machine
"Have used this now to move three campers around in a tight storage space. Really nice having the remote control and being able to stand behind the trailer to watch for space. Small learning curve on using it but I will get much better. I was worried about traction on the smooth concrete but this has not been an option. I did not test in gravel and not sure how well it would work slopes, but works perfectly and better than expected on flat concrete. I was also concerned that it would not turn a two axle trailer tightly, but I was pleasantly surprised how well it did make the trailer turn. The machine moves slow so if you have to get it from one end of a120' garage to the other, you may need a little dolly to drive it up onto. The vertical shaft with the ball on it does not stay straight up and down unless you tighten the colar up against the trailer hitch. This is hard to get tightened enough on bigger trailers. Overall, very happy with the TrailerValet."
