Payment Methods
All Supertech S. Corp online transactions are secured with industry-standard SSL data encryption that supports 128-bit encryption. In order to protect our customers from credit card fraud, the billing address on user’s order form must match the billing address to which their monthly credit card statement is mailed.

If you wish to make payment via Paypal.com, we will email you Paypal.com payment instructions to assist you making payment. We only ship to Paypal.com verified confirmed address. Corp, IN WHICH CASE THE SEPARATE AGREEMENT SHALL GOVERN).

Important Information About This Legal Contract
This Sale Agreement is a legal contract between the Customer and Supertech S. Corp. The Customer accepts this Sale Agreement by making a purchase, placing an order, or otherwise shopping on the Trailer Valet website. The terms and conditions of this Sale Agreement are subject to change without prior notice, except that the terms and conditions posted on the website at the time the Customer initially places or modifies an order will govern the order in question. This Sale Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and Supertech S. Corp relating to the purchase or sale of goods or services on the website.

The Sale Agreement may only be modified or terminated by the sole discretion of Supertech S. Corp.

Governing Law
THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY SALES HEREUNDER SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES. THE CUSTOMER CONSENTS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THE FEDERAL OR STATE COURTS LOCATED IN LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA FOR PURPOSES OF ANY SUIT, ACTION OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF THIS SALE AGREEMENT.

Pricing and Information Disclaimer
All pricing subject to change. For all prices, products and offers, Supertech S. Corp reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances. While Supertech S. Corp uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the web site, Supertech S. Corp makes no warranties or representations as to the web site’s accuracy. Corp IS NOT LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE AGGREGATE DOLLAR AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE PURCHASE(S) UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.

Orders; Payment Terms; Taxes
Orders are not binding upon Supertech S. Corp until accepted by Supertech S. Corp. Terms of payment are within Supertech S. Corp sole discretion. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on the invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. Supertech S. Corp may invoice parts of an order separately. The Customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order.

Sales Tax
Supertech S. Corp will only collect sales tax on purchases shipped to a California address. Duties, taxes or brokerage fees to a non-US address are the Customer’s responsibility. Use tax laws vary by state. If sales or use tax is collected by the Customer’s state on internet purchases, it is the Customer’s responsibility.

Personal information we collect

Trailer Valet (“we”, “us” and, “our”) is the sole owner of the information collected on the Site. We generally use the Order Information that we collect to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we may use this Order Information to:

This includes enforcing our agreements, policies, and terms of use. Trailer Valet may share Personal Information when we do a business deal, or negotiate a business deal, involving the sale or transfer of all or a part of our business or assets. Product Ratings and Reviews

Trailer Valet provides a product-rating feature that allows customers to rate the quality of the product. The review system also allows for customers to leave written comments to further elaborate their experience with the product. All ratings and review comments are pre-screened by a moderator before posting to the site. The moderator may choose to disregard or eliminate comments that do not meet the guidelines, e.g., requiring that all comments are truthful and non-offensive. Guidelines do not permit the posting of personal information or information for the purpose of personal gain.

Security

Trailer Valet takes precautions to protect users’ Personal Information. When users submit sensitive information via the Site, the information is protected both online and offline. When a registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with 128bit encryption SSL technology by Authorize.net.
